Happy Almost Spring to you!
This has been one heck of a year and I don’t know about you, but I am ready to bust out and LIVE again. The last 12 months have taken a toll on many of us.
Springtime is a wonderful time to claim our health and wellness and savor the good that exists in our lives, despite the stress and strain that exists in our world.
The truth is the only thing we truly have control of is ourselves and claiming this power is truly the gateway to living a life of greater peace and joy.
Even though I no longer offer Personal Training as my COACHING BUSINESS focuses more on Lifestyle and Business Development with my AMAZING Clients (want to learn more? Book a call here for a FREE Breakthrough Call with yours truly 😉 ( LINK) I still am asked questions constantly on health, wellness, and fitness and I am happy to oblige because I truly believe that without a strong body and a clear mind, our success and pleasure in life is without a doubt diminished.

The ultimate love-on for yourself begins with what passes through your lips on a daily basis. Taking extreme self-care requires us to take a good, hard look at our emotional connection with food. It’s not only WHAT we eat, but WHY we are eating what we are eating that holds the real key in transforming our bodies and our lives.
TRUTH: We don’t just eat for fuel. Often we eat to soothe hurt feelings or stuff pains and wounds that make us feel yucky. Are you in on this? I know I am.
Sure, I am fit, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t gone through the similar struggles that you and my hundreds of clients have gone through. I get it. Really, I do.
Honestly, it would be so much easier if it was just that easy to say “Hey, I’m going to lose 10 pounds” and we just did it. The truth is we shed way more than the physical weight when we embrace a lifestyle transformation. Old patterns and behaviors, like old luggage we haul behind us, have to be kicked to and left at the curb.
Through any transformation, our personal issues, past hurts, and feelings of rejection, fear, and loneliness, rear their ugly head! This part of the INNER FIT SELF REBIRTH is not always pretty, but so worth it.
You have to trust me on this one.
