Today, I am going to sidestep out of personal development and focus on a topic that I get a lot of questions on and that is about CLEAN EATS and how we can achieve a lean and sexy physique no matter where we are on our health and wellness journey.

So clean eats, where do we begin?
So, I want to say first of all, that the cleanest fuel of them all is self-love and self-acceptance.
Hmm, let’s breathe that in…
The cleanest fuel of them all is SELF LOVE and SELF ACCEPTANCE.
Such important stuff…
The way we fuel our body and our spirit is so key to living a vital and SEXY life.
Because despite my certifications in health and wellness and behavioral change psychology, nutrition is so much more than the DIET.
Even when I was a fitness trainer and gym owner, I never felt comfortable about giving people a diet or really even talking about nutrition in of itself because I knew that so much of people’s yearning and their questions and their desire- their REAL HUNGER to release weight, or to get in better shape or whatever that challenge was for them…. that there were deeper conversations that needed to happen before I could say “hey, you know, just eat this, it’s so simple.”
But when we make any kind of change and as a high-performance coach, there are always places of resistance within each of us when we’re leading through any changes in our lives.
So where is it that YOU are feeling like you’re meeting resistance in your nutrition plan, and what is in the way as far as DAILY HABITS––that are preventing you from fueling your body and feeling AMAZING?
Because self-respect, it begins at the lips when it comes to claiming your most INCREDIBLE self on ALL LEVELS!
